Governing Law

6.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon

Client Obligations

5.1 Preparation: The Client agrees to secure all valuable, fragile, or highly sentimental items prior to the service. The Client must also secure all pets. 5.2 Hazardous Conditions: The Client warrants that the property is free of dangerous or hazardous conditions that would expose the Contractor to risk.

Limitation of Liability and Claims

4.1 Liability Cap: The Client agrees that in the event of any damage to the property caused by the Contractor, Axiom Cleaning's liability shall be strictly limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, or a maximum of [Example: $1,000.00] per incident, whichever is less. 4.2 Claims Process: Any claim for property damage must be reported to Axiom Cleaning within 24 hours of the service date, along with photo evidence. 4.3 Pre-Existing Conditions: Axiom Cleaning and its Contractors are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose fixtures, improperly hung pictures, loose carpet, etc.). 4.4 Safety: For safety and liability reasons, Contractors are instructed not to clean biohazards, surfaces requiring climbing higher than a two-step stool, or homes containing pests/insects.

Service Quality and Guarantee

3.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: Axiom Cleaning offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, you must notify Axiom Cleaning within 24 hours of the service completion. 3.2 Remedy: Our sole remedy for quality disputes will be to arrange a free re-clean of the disputed area(s) within 7 business days. No refunds will be issued unless a re-clean is not feasible.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Pricing: All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Axiom Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the price if the actual condition, size, or requirements of the home materially differ from the initial quote (e.g., significantly excessive dirt, undisclosed pets). 2.2 Payment: Payment is due [Example: 24 hours prior to service / immediately upon completion of service]. Axiom Cleaning uses a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments) to secure and process payments. 2.3 Cancellation/Rescheduling: A fee of [Example: $50 or 50% of the service price] will be charged for any service cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. This fee compensates the Contractor for the lost opportunity. 2.4 Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring the Contractor has unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If the Contractor is locked out, the cancellation fee (Section 2.3) will apply.

Service Agreement & Relationship

1.1 The Service: Axiom Cleaning acts as a referral agency to connect clients with independent cleaning professionals ("Contractors"). Axiom Cleaning is responsible for booking, payment processing, and customer support. 1.2 Independent Contractors: You acknowledge and agree that the cleaning services are provided by independent third-party Contractors, not employees of Axiom Cleaning. Axiom Cleaning is not responsible for the control or direction of the specific means, methods, or details of the performance of the Contractor’s work.
